FBP30117 Certificate III in Food Processing

This program ideally suits those wishing to gain the skills and knowledge to work in all areas of a Micro/Craft brewery from mashing in to pouring a pint!
Differing from the Micro-Brewing program, participants will gain an understanding of;
The working processes of a micro/craft brewery whilst underpinning this knowledge with a range of hospitality skills.
This program ideally suits those wishing to, or are currently working in a front of house position e.g. bar and wait staff.
Participants will receive their Responsible Service of Alcohol certification in this program.
Delivery
Brewery Classroom Delivery – 3 weeks, full time, on site commercial micro/craft brewery.
Part-time Brewery Delivery – 7 weeks, part time Tuesday and Thursday evenings, onsite commercial micro/craft brewery.
Workplace Delivery – 6 months, part time, on site at workplace. Must be employed by a Brewery.
