(Brewing)

This program ideally suits those wishing to gain the skills and knowledge to work in all areas of a Micro/Craft brewery from mashing in to pouring a pint!

Differing from the Micro-Brewing program, participants will gain an understanding of;

The working processes of a micro/craft brewery whilst underpinning this knowledge with a range of hospitality skills.

This program ideally suits those wishing to, or are currently working in a front of house position e.g. bar and wait staff.

Participants will receive their Responsible Service of Alcohol certification in this program.

Duration

Brewery Classroom Delivery – 12 months – including 3 weeks, full time, on site commercial micro/craft brewery.

Part-time Brewery Delivery – 18 months – including 7 weeks, part time (2 evenings per week), onsite commercial micro/craft brewery.

Workplace Delivery – 12 months, part time, on site at workplace. Must be employed by a Brewery.

Brewery Classroom Delivery – Practical components – on-site commercial micro/craft brewery with Theory component – classroom and distance delivery.

Part-time Brewery Delivery – Practical components – onsite commercial micro/craft brewery Theory- classroom and distance delivery

Workplace Delivery – On site at workplace. Must be employed by a Brewery.
