SIT30616 Certificate III in Hospitality
The Hospitality program will equip participants with the skills and confidence to work in a range of roles within the Micro-Brewing environment including, but not limited to;
Bar operations and service
Food preparation and safety
Communication and responsible service of alcohol.
This program ideally suits those wishing to, or are currently working in a front of house position e.g. bar and wait staff. Specific brewery subjects are not included in this program.
Brewery Classroom Delivery – 3 weeks, full time, on site commercial micro/craft brewery
Workplace Delivery – 6 months, part time, on site at workplace
