The Micro-Brewery program is an industry focussed course giving participants the opportunity to either obtain the necessary skills and knowledge required to gain employment in a Micro or Craft Brewing or alternatively formalise and build on their existing knowledge, having been or currently are employed in the industry.

Brewery Classroom Delivery – 3 weeks, full time, on site commercial micro/craft brewery
Workplace Delivery – 6 months, part time, on site at workplace
