Introduction to Brew Pub
This 5 day program has been developed to give you the essential front of house skills to work in a brew pub, bar and/or restaurant.
Delivered in operational brew pubs the training is hands on and relevant
The brew pub course has a number of subjects from the Certificate II in Hospitality which is accredited by the National Training framework
Additional training in brewery related disciplines are also included as is Responsible Service of Alcohol
Brewery Classroom Day Delivery – 1 week, full time, on site commercial micro/craft brewery
Brewery Classroom Night Delivery – 2 nights per week over 4 weeks, on site commercial micro/craft brewery
