Introduction to the Art and Theory of Craft Brewing

This course is a hands on practical course on craft Brewing. It is conducted in a working brewery and will require your fulltime commitment over the three days.

You will be covering topics on:

  • Raw materials
  • Milling
  • Brewing equipment
  • Beer Recipes
  • The brew process
  • The canning process
  • Flushing and cleaning the equipment

NB: You get to take home the beer you have produced!!
